Welcome to TBS Thai Border Service Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our online platform (the "System") to purchase vehicle and travel insurance for entry into the Kingdom of Thailand. By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Nature of Services

TBS Thai Border Service Enterprise acts strictly as an intermediary, facilitator, and digital platform connecting you with third-party insurance underwriters. We do not underwrite the insurance policies, nor do we make decisions regarding claim approvals, border entry, or customs clearances.

1.2 User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information

To process your insurance, you are required to submit personal and vehicle details (including but not limited to Identification Number, Passport Number, Vehicle Registration, and related uploaded documents).

You warrant that all information and documents uploaded are accurate, authentic, and current.
We bear no responsibility for insurance rejections, delays, or border entry denials arising from inaccurate, forged, or incomplete information provided by you.

1.3 Payment and Refund Policy

All transactions are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateway.

Finality of Purchase: Due to the real-time processing required by third-party underwriters and border authorities, all purchases are strictly non-refundable once the insurance application has been submitted through our System, regardless of whether you ultimately travel to Thailand.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a proven technical error originating from our System resulting in a duplicate charge. Any such claims must be made within [Number] days of the transaction.
Rejections: If your insurance application is rejected by the underwriter due to issues with your provided documents or eligibility, no refund will be issued for the platform processing fee.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBS Thai Border Service Enterprise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Denied entry at the Thai border by immigration or customs authorities.
Rejection of insurance claims by the third-party underwriter.
Delays in policy issuance due to technical downtime or underwriter processing times.
Any traffic accidents, loss, or damage occurring within Thailand or during transit.

1.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBS Thai Border Service Enterprise, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal demands arising from your violation of these Terms or your submission of fraudulent documents.

1.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
